3. Activate

We launch your AI assistant and onboard users across the organization.

4. Enable

We do hands-on training for your team so they know how to use AI in their daily work.

5. Support

We act as your fractional AI department and provide ongoing guidance and education.

About Us

Michael and McKenzie Asher understand nonprofits and small businesses because they grew up in them. Michael was raised around nonprofits through his father’s 30-year career, while McKenzie grew up in a small-business household. Long before AI entered the conversation, they both saw the same challenge up close: organizations like these need to make the most of what they already have.

Michael started his career in data-focused roles, where he saw how the right systems can amplify people’s work. McKenzie began her career on Capitol Hill before taking a turn into IT infrastructure, developing a deep understanding of the importance of technology within orgs.

Despite both experiencing successful acquisitions early in their career, they knew they wanted to build something of their own. They started Lantyrn to help nonprofits and small businesses solve that same challenge they’ve seen their entire lives: making the most of what they already have.
